Legal agreement governing the use of The Vertech's services and digital platforms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "User," or "you") and The Vertech ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a digital marketing and automation agency operating through www.thevertech.com.
By accessing, browsing, engaging, or purchasing any services from The Vertech, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1.1 "Services" means all services offered by The Vertech, including but not limited to digital marketing, paid advertising management (Meta, Google, TikTok), SEO, web development, CRM integration, automation systems, AI-powered solutions, creative design, photography, videography, analytics, consulting, and related services.
1.2 "Platform" means the website www.thevertech.com and any associated digital infrastructure, dashboards, portals, APIs, automation systems, or tools operated by The Vertech.
1.3 "Client Content" means any data, materials, logos, branding assets, credentials, or information provided by the Client.
1.4 "Deliverables" means any output created by The Vertech pursuant to a service agreement.
1.5 "Confidential Information" means any non-public information disclosed by either party.
2.1 By accessing or using the Platform or engaging our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Platform and Services.
2.3 These Terms apply in addition to any separate Service Agreement, Proposal, or Contract executed between The Vertech and the Client. In case of conflict, the signed agreement shall prevail.
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3.2 If you are acting on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind such entity.
3.3 The Vertech reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.
4.1 Clients may be required to provide access credentials to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, CRM tools).

5.1 The Vertech provides digital marketing, automation, AI, development, and creative services as described on its Platform.

8.3 Clients grant The Vertech a limited license to use Deliverables for portfolio, case studies, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8.4 Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, scraping, or reproduction of any proprietary system is strictly prohibited.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding Platform use unless superseded by a signed Service Agreement.
